Stars happily do cameo for their industry friends when they are approached to do so. Whether it is Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya, Shahrukh Khan, Kareena, Sanjay Dutt or whoever he or she may be though established, they never hesitate to appear for a small role in films and most of the time they even appear for free of cost. But money matters a lot for Om Shanti Om gal Deepika Padukone, she is not ready for a cameo even for the sake of friendship. Though she made her debut with Shahrukh Khan, the actress readily accepted the cheque when SRK paid her for an item number in Billo Barber.
