After a very eventful 2008, Katrina had agreat time with her family while holidaying in London. Her sister Isabella who is studying in a New York acting school had also flown down to London.

A close pal of Katrina revealed to us, “It was sort of a family reunion for Katrina as she was meeting all her sisters after almost 6 to 7 months. 

Katrina considers Christmas very special and she was happy this time that she got to enjoy it with her mom and her cousin sister Christina.

She even stayed at her cousin’s house for sometime. Katrina was really missing Christina’s baby and is glad she has finally met her niece. But though she was having a great time in London, she also missed being in Mumbai and her special ’someone’ Salman. 

She felt very bad about not attending his birthday party but she called him to wish him”

“Katrina is a shopping freak and really enjoyed her shopping trips. She was pleasantly surprised by the crowd’s overwhelming response to her when she arrived at Heathrow airport. London is really special to her as her family is there; she started her modeling career in the city and shot for her hit film Namastey London in the city.”

 Katrina Kaif and John Abraham might be big stars in India. But they are nobodies in New York. This they realized only a while ago.

Interestingly these two are acting in a movie called ‘New York’. Such is the irony of the situation.

The two were denied entry to a nightclub in New York when they were trying to join a party for a crew member on their movie ‘New York’.

A source says, “When they were stopped at the nightclub, they tried to reason with the bouncers that they were well known and respected people from India. John and Katrina told them that they were film stars from India but the bouncers only stared at them. The bouncers had no clue what John and Katrina were talking about.”

But the experience hasn’t stopped Katrina to encourage her sister to study in New York.

The buzz is that she has been encouraging her sister, Isabelle Kaif who wishes to join the industry in a year or two, to sign up at the Lee Strasberg Theatre School in New York.

Bollywood glam doll Katrina Kaif had a memorable night a few days back. She happened to sit in an auto whereas beau Salman Khan took hold of the steering of the auto and drove in the less crowded area of Mumbai after having dinner together at the Olive restaurant.

Salman is an adventurous man. He likes to do things which are interesting and entertaining, least bothered about what people will say or think. After having dinner with Kat, an idea crossed his mind as to do some adventure. He stopped an auto, sat on the driver’s seat and drove miles while the auto-driver rode on his car sitting next to Katrina.
